The only issue we had was some broken slats once we received the bed initially. Getting the new bed was a bit cumbersome as the end supplier can't ship piece parts and have to ship the full bed. Response was quick and we are pleased. Installation was simple overall. Assembling it is definitely at least a 2 person job. But the wooden arms look amazing and the metal futon base is very sturdy. Haven't owned it for too long, but I'm pleased with my purchase. When opened up, it looks decently comfortable to sleep on. Strongly recommended!
